1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to jp118 (the "Platform," "Website," "Service," or "we"). These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Member," or "you") and jp118 governing your access to and use of our online gaming services, including sports betting, casino games, slots, and togel lottery markets. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on jp118, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jp118 platform and refrain from creating an account or placing any bets. Continued use of our services following any amendments to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Member to access jp118 services, including the account balance, transaction history, and personal profile information.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by jp118 to Members, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds by a Member from an approved payment method into their jp118 Account balance.
• "Indonesian Rupiah" or "IDR" or "Rp" means the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, which is the primary currency used for all transactions on jp118.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by international regulations, which may include submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Member" means any individual who has successfully registered an account on jp118 and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• "Stake" or "Wager" means the amount of money a Member risks on a bet, game round, or lottery ticket purchase.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Member's jp118 Account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use jp118 services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. jp118 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and will immediately suspend accounts if underage activity is suspected.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. Individuals under legal guardianship, court order, or other legal restrictions preventing contract formation are prohibited from using jp118 services.
• Geographic Location: While jp118 is available internationally, our services are designed specifically for residents of Indonesia. You confirm that you are accessing the platform from a location where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by local law.
• Single Account Policy: Each individual may maintain only one account on jp118. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or using another person's account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Personal Use Only: Your account is for personal entertainment use only. Commercial use, professional gambling operations, betting syndicates, and account sharing are prohibited.
• Financial Responsibility: You confirm that all funds deposited into your jp118 account are legally obtained and belong to you. You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and you accept full responsibility for any losses incurred.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create a jp118 account, you must complete the registration form with accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Create a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Immediately notify jp118 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available for enhanced security.

jp118 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed your responsibility unless you can demonstrate that the breach resulted from our negligence.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Under international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and licensing requirements, jp118 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This process may include submission of:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement showing your name and account number, or e-wallet screenshot)
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. All documents are processed securely and stored in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

jp118 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method as published on our banking page. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

By making a deposit, you warrant that:

• The payment method is registered in your own name and you are the authorized account holder.
• The funds deposited are not derived from illegal activities, fraud, or money laundering.
• You will not initiate chargebacks, disputes, or reversals for legitimate gambling losses.
• You understand that deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account balance, except in cases of processing error or as required by applicable law.

jp118 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Third-party payment processing fees, currency conversion charges, and intermediary bank fees are the sole responsibility of the Member.

We reserve the right to refuse deposits from payment methods suspected of fraud, association with prohibited activities, or originating from jurisdictions where gambling transactions are illegal. Suspicious deposits may be returned to the source minus applicable processing fees.

6. Withdrawals and Processing

Members may withdraw funds from their jp118 account balance subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal amounts may vary based on account tier and verification status.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. Exceptions require additional verification.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal and may be re-requested periodically or for withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw with active bonus funds forfeits the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Standard processing time is 1-4 hours during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB, Monday-Sunday). First-time withdrawals and large amounts may require extended review up to 48 hours.
• Weekend withdrawal requests are processed on the following business day.

jp118 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, receiving banks or e-wallet providers may deduct their standard incoming transfer fees from the amount received. These fees are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the Member.

We reserve the right to investigate and delay withdrawals when fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or other prohibited activities are suspected. In such cases, Members will be notified and may be required to provide additional documentation before withdrawal approval.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

jp118 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, minimum odds, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. These specific terms are published on the promotion page and must be read in conjunction with this Agreement.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only and may be restricted by geographic location, account tier, or previous bonus history.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses require a minimum deposit and opt-in action. Automatic crediting does not waive the requirement to meet eligibility criteria.
• Wagering requirements (rollover or turnover) specify how many times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus means Rp 1,000,000 in total wagers must be placed.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and certain low-edge bets may contribute reduced percentages or be excluded entirely.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. Exceeding these limits voids the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses expire after a specified number of days if wagering requirements are not met. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are automatically removed.
• Only one active bonus is permitted per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously voids all bonuses.
• jp118 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or confiscate bonuses and winnings if bonus abuse, fraud, or terms violations are detected. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim repeat bonuses, collusion with other players, irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and exploitation of software errors.

All decisions regarding bonus eligibility, interpretation of bonus terms, and bonus abuse investigations are at jp118's sole discretion and are final.

8. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

When using jp118 services, you agree to abide by the following rules and conduct standards:

• Fair Play: You agree to play fairly and refrain from cheating, collusion with other players, use of betting bots or automated software, exploitation of software errors or glitches, or any other form of fraudulent activity.
• Prohibited Betting Patterns: Arbitrage betting (placing bets on all possible outcomes across multiple platforms to guarantee profit), cover betting, opposite betting, and other hedging strategies that eliminate risk are prohibited and constitute bonus abuse.
• Game Rules: Each game, sport, and betting market has specific rules governing outcomes, settlement, dead heats, postponements, and cancellations. These rules are available in the respective game help sections and sports betting rules pages. It is your responsibility to understand these rules before placing wagers.
• Settlement Disputes: All betting results and game outcomes are determined by official sources. In the event of a dispute, jp118's decision based on official data is final. Settlement corrections may be made if clear errors are identified within 30 days of the event.
• Technical Issues: In the rare event of technical malfunctions, disconnections, or software errors, jp118 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds. We will endeavor to resolve technical issues promptly and fairly, but shall not be liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassment, threatening language, discriminatory comments, spamming, or any form of abusive conduct toward other Members or jp118 staff is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

jp118 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to ensure fair play. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be investigated, and appropriate action will be taken including but not limited to bet voidance, bonus forfeiture, winnings confiscation, and permanent account closure.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jp118 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (the "Content"), is the property of jp118 or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The jp118 name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of jp118. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. Other trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the platform are the property of their respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jp118 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any Content in any form or by any means without express written permission.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software, code, or technology underlying the platform.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, extract, or collect data from the platform.
• Frame, mirror, or create derivative works based on jp118 content.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices.

Unauthorized use of jp118 intellectual property may subject you to civil and criminal penalties under applicable laws and will result in immediate termination of your account.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jp118, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers (collectively, the "jp118 Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to use the jp118 platform or services;
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the platform;
• Unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Technical failures, interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform;
• Gambling losses incurred through normal gameplay;
• Tax liabilities arising from your gambling winnings;
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures;
• Decisions made based on information provided on the platform.

In no event shall the jp118 Parties' total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. jp118 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

jp118 is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the platform. You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other users, particularly if you choose to communicate off-platform or meet in person.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, the jp118 Parties' liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Termination by Member

You may close your jp118 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance after deducting outstanding obligations will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 7 business days. Active bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by jp118

jp118 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other jp118 policy;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification;
• Fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods, identity theft, or chargebacks;
• Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts;
• Underage gambling or allowing minors to access your account;
• Bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or other prohibited activities;
• Abusive behavior toward other Members or jp118 staff;
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete required identity verification;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• At our sole discretion if we believe account closure is necessary to protect jp118 or other Members.

In the event of account termination for cause, jp118 reserves the right to forfeit your account balance, void pending bets, and withhold any winnings obtained through breach of terms. If your account is closed for non-fraudulent reasons, any remaining legitimate balance will be returned after deducting outstanding obligations.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. jp118 may charge a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50,000 (or the remaining balance if less than Rp 50,000) on dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Members will receive notification before dormancy fees are applied.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jp118 is licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through the following process:

12.1 Customer Support Resolution

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact jp118 customer support and attempt to resolve the matter informally through good-faith negotiation. Most disputes can be resolved efficiently through this process.

12.2 Formal Complaint

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may submit a formal written complaint to jp118 at the contact address provided in Section 14. We will investigate your complaint and provide a written response within 30 days.

12.3 Arbitration

If the dispute remains unresolved after the formal complaint process, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed upon arbitration service. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses, including legal fees, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

You agree to waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. All disputes must be brought individually.

12.4 Exceptions to Arbitration

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

13. Changes to Terms

jp118 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the jp118 platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revisions were made.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of the jp118 platform following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to any modifications, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact customer support to close your account.

Material changes affecting Member rights or obligations will be communicated via email notification, platform announcement, or both. However, your responsibility to review terms regularly is not waived by such notifications.
